Terms of Service & Cancellation Policy

1. Advance Booking Amount & Payment Rules

To confirm any pilgrimage tour package, AC cab rental, hotel stay, or guided darshan service with Ayodhya Dharshan, an advance token deposit is required. Please note that the advance booking amount is strictly NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances once paid.

2. Full Package Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your booked yatra package, notice must be given in writing or via WhatsApp/Email to our support team according to the following strict timeline:

⚠️ IMPORTANT: If cancellation is communicated less than 7 days (1 week) prior to your travel date, or in case of a no-show, NO refund will be processed and the customer is legally obligated to pay 100% of the total package amount.

3. Package Modifications & Customization Policy

• Any requests for package changes (including hotel category changes, route modifications, passenger count edits, or vehicle model changes) are allowed ONLY up to 1 month (30 days) prior to the scheduled travel date.
• No changes or modifications are allowed within 30 days of the travel date.
• If forced modifications are requested within 30 days, a 50% cancellation/modification charge will apply along with any hotel/cab fare differentials.

4. Travel Date Rescheduling Policy

• If you need to change or postpone your travel dates, requests must be submitted at least 15 days in advance and are strictly subject to hotel and cab availability.
• A mandatory Date Rescheduling Fee of 25% of total package value will apply to process new dates.
• Any tariff differences for peak season or festival dates (such as Diwali Deepotsav, Sawan Month, Dev Deepawali, or Navratri) must be borne by the customer.

5. Temple Entry & Force Majeure

Official temple darshan timing, Sugam passes, and entry rules are governed by temple trusts (Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra & Kashi Vishwanath Trust). Ayodhya Dharshan is not liable for sudden temple closures, VIP movement lockdowns, weather disruptions, or government restrictions.
